Access to the demonstration facilities on this site is freely available to all,
subject to the privacy, personal information and disclaimer clauses below. Permission
for viewing the use of the demonstration units has been obtained, and you are free
to share this information. Viewing and use of any Virtual Earth images is subject
to permission by the copyright holder, Microsoft Inc.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE -- CONFIGURATOR SERVICE AND ACCESS TO DOCUMENTATION
Access to the remainder of the site and the GT2000 configurator service is provided
for the sole use of customers and development staff involved with the configuration
and use of the GT2000 and its associated docker and keyfob(s). All such use is CONFIDENTIAL
as defined in the mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement signed between Geonix Tracking Limited
and the customer.
Reasonable and fair use of the configurator and underlying message service is provided
by Geonix Tracking Limited free of charge. However, we reserve the right (subject to prior
notification) to charge you for exceptionally heavy or unreasonable use by you of
the underlying SMS service.
Any materials published on this site may only be copied or used for non-commercial
purposes by you or within your organisation. No other use of the information is
permitted. All printouts, copies or reproductions of all or any part of the information
contained in this site must include the copyright and other proprietary notices.
User obtains no rights in the information or in any product, process, technology
or trademark which it includes or describes.
PRIVACY
Geonix Tracking Limited respects the privacy of every individual and organisation who
uses this site and service. However, for both support and statistical purposes,
please note that Geonix Tracking Limited does have sight of all configuration messages sent
by you and the units’ responses and these are held on a database administered by
us. We do not share any of this private information with any third parties.
PERSONAL & BUSINESS RELATED INFORMATION
Geonix Tracking Limited may request business related information from you. We will not collect such
information unless you knowingly provide it to us. Geonix Tracking Limited will endeavour to not
use such information outside of the context in which it was provided.
